Chelsea have open talks to bring back Didier Drogba to Stamford Bridge, either as a back-up striker and coach, Daily Mail reports.
Blues boss Jose Mourinho hasn’t wasted any time in the transfer market having signed Cesc Fabregas and waiting on the imminent arrival of striker Diego Costa, and is targeting Drogba to be his back-up.

The Ivory Coast international is also targeted by Juventus and Qatari clubs, however seems set on a move back to London.
The 36-year-old scored the winning penalty to give Chelsea their first Champions League trophy back in 2012, earning him iconic status with the Blues.
Now Mourinho hopes that Drogba’s influence will give his side some impetus ahead of next season’s Premier League campaign.
Chelsea are also looking for a striker with Samuel Eto’o already leaving the Bridge, while Demba Ba and Romelu Lukaku are also set to depart.
Mourinho has a great relationship with the former Marseille man and is expecting that his arrival will influence his squad that is going through a major overhaul.
Drogba scored 100 goals in 226 appearances during his time playing for Chelsea.
