Image: The German ace is fastidious about his hair and overall image, A Mohawk, skewed hair, shaved sides with a spiky top, you will see all of them on the stylish Dortmund man's head. You have to go back to his early twenties to late-teens before you can find an image of the forward without his trademark hairstyle. He also loves his ink and has several tattoos, he was quoted as saying: “I just love tattoos and I have a good tattoo artist. There'll probably be some more in the future. It might even become an obsession.”
Dortmund love: As a child Reus could often be seen as part of the mass of 80,000 supporters crammed into the Westfalenstadion, Reus drove home to Dortmund every weekend while at Gladbach and endeared himself further to many German football fans by choosing his hometown club over FC Bayern. "I just felt this was the best-supported team with players who work well together under a great coach. Players don't come and go as often as they do at Bayern. It was the best place for me, and I was coming home."

He had such a good eye for an opening and knew where his team-mates were, and he was so quick. Rosicky had great technique and was so intelligent and mature even though he was still young at Dortmund. I copied everything about him, right down to his sweatbands.” Czech international Rosicky was one of the club's foremost figures in the early 2000s, winning the Bundesliga title with BVB and playing close to 200 league games.
Superstitions: The majority of footballers have pre-match rituals and superstitions that they strictly abide by and these are generally seen as foolish by fans and fellow professionals. Reus, however, is no different and to help make sure Dortmund are victorious he always puts on his right socks, right shin guards, and right boots first. And while stepping on the field, he always steps with his left foot first.

Faced with the option of fighting for his place in the reserves or leaving, he opted to seek regular football at Rot-Weiß Ahlen, then in the third tier. Breaking into Ahlen's first team when he was still a teenager, he was spotted by Borussia Monchengladbach and taken to Borussia Park in the summer of 2009, before Borussia Dortmund re-signed the forward in 2012.
Alternate career: If Dortmund’s star player hadn’t chosen a career in football then he would have tried to find a career in one of his other interest, namely aviation. His alternative career choice would have been as a pilot – so he would have been flying in another sense of the word anyway.

They however, don’t share his love for the game as he said; "Unfortunately they don't have my enthusiasm for the game." He also dated German TV presenter Carolin Böhs between 2009 and 2013.
